The vision for turning Rutgers wrestling into a national force was scribbled on a napkin over a bottle of wine shared by husband and wife. Scott Goodale, then the wrestling coach at powerhouse Jackson Memorial High School, wanted to be a good friend to the state program in 2007, when he
