The SKWC is considered to be a “booster club” under the rules and regulations of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (“NCAA”), and therefore must abide by those rules and regulations as they relate to the Rutgers Wrestling program. Compliance with NCAA rules requires the effort of everyone associated with an institution’s athletic program – institutional staff, faculty, students, student-athletes and representatives of athletic interests.
