Only cash or money orders will be accepted at check-in on Wednesday. If you have a new registration on Wednesday, please make sure all forms especially the parental waiver are completed before arrival…rooms for walk-ins are not guaranteed. - How much does the camp cost for a coach?
For every 10 campers, 1 coach attends for free. If you have less than 10 campers each coach costs $200.
- Should my team send in their registration and waiver forms separately or should we send as a team?
The most efficient way to ensure your team is registered is to send all forms in together. Many times coaches believe wrestlers have sent in their registration and waiver forms when this is not the case. This eliminates the unknown. This is recommended but not required.
- What if my team is fundraising to offset the cost of camp?
Many teams fundraise to offset the cost of camp. The best way to ensure that individual campers receive their fundraising credit is delegate 1 person to keep track of this information. A list of wrestlers and their fundraising credit is preferred. Please finalize fundraising credit before contacting us.
The more organized your team is prior to the first day of camp, the smoother and faster check-in will be on June 25th.
